Is self levelling rear suspension only fitted to estates, from what I've read I think that is the case but would like to confirm this.

Then why does it say in my 300CE-24 coupe handbook that only cars fitted with SLS can be fitted with a towbar? It must by inference have been an option?

I think some W124 none estates could have it fitted as an option, it wasnt standard on the saloon or coupe but it was on the estate.

It depends on how you see the question,,Bolide said that he had never seen an estate without it, but as said here it was an option on the other cars, just looking on all of the other 124's it is an option on every one

Estates had it as standard on all years. It was an option on some other models at varying model years.
