Hi
I am new on here and I have just bought a 1989 250TD I have also aquired an Oris/MB towbar with electrics but minus the removable gooseneck bit.

So two questions
1. does anyone know where I may be able to get the missing piece?

2. can some please tell me how the main part fits as it has two holes at each end and four bolts, but I cant see where they bolt up to. I assume that all the cars were predrilled to take this part?

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Have you got the longitudinals that bolt to the rear chassis rails?

They come up every now and then on eBay

You mark up where the holes go then get your drill out...
