W126 Gauge Cluster Swap

W126 300SE 1991
Hi guys, I'm looking at a 300SE but my problem is it is an import and so the gauges are in KPH. As I'm in the UK I'd ideally like MPH gauges so is it a simple case of swapping out the whole gauge cluster or is it more involved?
Do I have to source a replacement cluster from exactly the same model? i.e. 300SE
Any thoughts would be appreciated

I think your Speedo is electronically driven, so should work but can’t guarantee. Not sure if rev counter is different for 6/8cyls.
