There seems to be a few 129 owners on this Forum. I have some various 129 glossy brochures that I have collected over the years, and if you want one I will gladly post one to you.It seems a shame to bung them away, because I'm running out of space in my loft !

Please state the year of your 129 as I have got the lot from 1990 -2000

Forgot to thank you through the Forum.

I got the brochure and it's tremendous. I liked the Price List as well... I had no idea how much the extras cost, the car I'm driving would have cost well over £70,000 when it was new. Makes me feel quite a lot better about it too. It's a nice thing to add to the Mercedes bits and pieces that I'm gathering up, it might even help me to sell it in the future.

Hi William, I'm sorry to say you've beat me there for that specific SL.The MM was quite a short run model, and I think that apart from the trim and colour combinations it was a standard car. I will have a root aroud and see if i can find any other information for you.

Hi William - yes Tony is correct; there wasnt a brochure for the Mille Miglia. I went to the press launch and the press pack (which unfortunately I dont now have) just had a press release and some colour photos.

One question - the UK Mille Miglia was a limited edition of 40 320's and 40 500's. There was a silver plaque inside the car signed by Stirling Moss with the production number of each car. Does yours have this plaque? I am asking on behalf of a friend with a Mille Miglia 320 which he recently bought and unfortunately the plaque was missing and he is trying to trace other owners so he can get a copy made for his car.
