I have recently acquired a W140 LWB Business Edition. This was one of the last of the great shape (sorry W220 owners) It was fitted at the factory with the Autopilot APS system. The head unit has a 3" by 2" green screen that displays the navigation data and drops down to allow the insertion of audio tapes behind it. In the boot is the single CD slot that takes the Tele Atlas disc.
I want to add a CD changer to the set up but I am told that it is not possible. This seems odd because the head unit has a CD changer button and it is shown as an option in the Mercedes autopilot manual.
Does anyone have this set up WITH a CD changer? If you can tell me which changer you have and how it is connected, I would be really appreciative.
