W164 - Alarm Siren H3/1

Having random activations of the alarm on my W164, which is typical of battery failure in the alarm siren H3/1

Starfinder shows H3 which is the USA edition located on the firewall, but doesn’t show H3/1

Seems to be a choice between under the wheel arch liner or under the cabin air intake.

Anyone changed this? It would be great to know where to go rather than hunting it down.

The siren H3/1 is located under the cabin air intake plenum, some awkward 10mm nuts to release everything and a security TX40 to remove the siren from the holder.
