W164 Gear Box

Hi All
My 2009 Ml 320cdi gear box seems to judder under load/acceleration, not a harsh judder but once your through the acceleration it's fine.

Had gear box service by MB about a month ago but it's still there!!

Any ideas? It's done 136000 miles

Torque converter possibly. Give a sensation like a gentle cattle grid crossing immediately after a gearchange. As soon as it locks up it feels fine.
