W176 Engine knocking sound

Noise at the back is normal. The knocking sound not great, but hard to tell from the video. Does it change if you turn off the AC? I have heard some AC Compressors make this noise.

That would bother me investigate further. Is that another motor that's been put on the wrong way around, making life so much harder.

As AMF said it is hard to make out from the video.
Is your car manual? perhaps the flywheel. Perhaps the crankshaft pulley.
Camshaft noise will be half the speed of the crankshaft.
Remove the auxiliary belts and see if the noise goes away.
I am only guessing as I am not overly familiar with them.
Seems a solid enough knock to warrant investigation though.
