Hi Everyone!
I want to swop the passenger seat for another one, but can not see how to get the airbag sensor out of the cushion, (the 'new' seat does not have one)
I need help!!!

Thanks in advance,

Graham.

Thanks

Malcolm, hello.
I have looked at the exploded views and now understand a bit more of the seat composition, but looking at the actual seats I still can not see a way of dismantling them. I am about to try unscrewing everything until it all falls apart, however, because I only have one sensor, I would prefer to know the correct way to do it!
I would appreciate it if you could copy the correct procedure to me, maybe email a pdf or something?
Thanks,
Graham.

BlackC55, hi.

The seat that I am trying to fit is a used one, I bought a set of seats from an Avantgarde model which is in better condition than my originals.
The previous owner of the seats had fitted a leather interior, I am not sure why the sensor was removed, in fact when I look at the underside of the seat it does not have the holes for the screws that locate the plastic box which has the wiring socket for the sensor.
However, I am prepared to swop the cushion complete with my original sensor if only I can find out how to strip the two seats down.
Thanks,
Graham.
