W202 C180 1995 Oil Separator (Intake pipe)

Yesterday I changed the sparks and I checked if the oil separator in the air intake pipe (big black plastic tube) between air filter and Idle control valve is free of blockage.

I found out that it is realy difficult to pass air inside it.

Is it normal?

How Can I clean (should i replace it-is it expensive?)it?

And what are the side effect if it is blocked.

Could there be a one way valve in it

If I am not wrong it is 2way pipe (for low and high Load)
