w202 electric mirror parts

Hi all, would someone know if it is possible to buy parts for the electric mirror motor, my mirror tilts up and down, but will not move from side to side, ive took the cover off to have a look, and there is a white threaded piece of plastic with a ball on the end that attaches to the mirror and it has broken off, i was wondering if the plastic threaded part with the ball on the end is available to purchase seperately ?
i dont really want to purchase a whole mirror just for this small piece,
any help gratefully appreciated,

The motor comes as a spare part, but not sure that includes the piece that you want.
