W202 Heaters control lights

How do I go about replacing the light behind my heater controls? Is it a matter of takiing off the panel or is there an easier way???

The can be tricky taking them out, I broke my own and will have to take the whole thing apart to re-solder some time, worth reading the whole thread, a good insight into the unit.
