Hello everyone i am new in this forum
I am from Latvia and i have MB w202 2.2CDI 1998
I wanted to ask where to look for a problem in my car
Couple weeks ago my alternator went, All the lamps on the left side of the panel were lit, when i turned off lights radio turned on and the trunk opened, when turn lights on radio turned off
In next couple of days changed alternator, in that day and next all worked well, but next day when i turned car on in dash low oil lamp turned on and went away, started driving again all lights on left side turned on, when turned off car couldn't start it again
Today i was driving and only BAS and ASR light came on, and again when turned off car couldn't start it
We checked the battery, battery is empty, but alternator is charging it when i rev it up to 2k rpms
Where should i start looking for problem? Alternator, batery, car wires, or car key?
