Doing some rust proofing on my w202 and noticed the brackets which hold the rear abs sensor wire out of harm's way, which arise from the rear anti roll bar bracket, are getting decidedly thin due to corrosion. They haven't fallen off yet but there's not much left.
Is this bracket available anywhere and has anyone got a part number of am I going to have to make some new ones?
Thanks in advance!

Have a look on the many online IPL (mercedes teile katalogue) for example to see its availabale seperate.
Otherwise would a rub down and painting with hammerite work.

I've actually dropped the rear subframe down as access is so poor. Bought a flexi driver and loads of different wire wheels and flap wheels. Not found any holes but lots of flaking paint and rust which I wouldn't have been able to remove without lowering it. I just removed the rear exhaust section, prop safety cage, road springs and ARB and lowered the subframe so it's hanging off the shocks. Had to do this on another W202 a few years ago to weld up a hole in one of the subframe mounts. I'll remove the ARB and clean the brackets up, possibly weld on a reinforcement for the ABS wire tab. There's rust around basically every clip etc on the underside around there so all that will have to come off to clean up and paint. They ABS wire tabs haven't snapped but they're certainly very bendy so just a small plate welded on will keep it secure. Then shed loads of phosphoric acid on everything, wire wheel again then cold galv zinc primer and stone chip then clear wax. might use epoxy mastic on the subframe seeing as it gets a hammering.
