w203 C200k engine hesitaes and jerk

I need some help here. My 2006 C200k with 47k miles is not performing well most of the time. The car hesitates and jerks alot when accelerating from a stop but after reaching the 3rd gear it drives normal the symptoms are more noticeable when going up a hill. I checked the computer for codes and nothing came on. But sometimes. It runs flawlessly.
I changed the camshaft magnets, fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs, oil filter, cleaned the fuel injectors and the catalyst converter, cleaned the throttle body.
I found some oil on the ecu adapters and cleaned it.
What could be the problems? A mechanic checked the car for codes and nothing came on!!!

Common problems are fuel pipe, dirty fuel filter which you have already changed, dirty fuel tank, dirty fuel injectors which you have changed, dirty air filter, Carburetor, Spark Plugs which you done, Spark Plug Wires, ignition system, engine tuning.

When you say going up hill is worse it sure makes it sound like your fuel supply. Either a block/dirt somewhere and you fuel pump is struggling uphill or the fuel pump is on its way out, if it is fuel. I am no expert just been spending a few hours a day at a friends garage a day trying to pick it up. I am sure someone on here will be able to tell you common merc faults for that problem.
