Hello all !

I owned a W203 C220 CDI Mercedes. I have this problem. I pulled out 2 codes which are P1470 & P1403. I search around the forum and the P1470 code somewhat related to the boost controller around the turbo ? I thought of asking any professionals here to give me some more advice on these 2 codes.

Hi, and welcome to the forums.

As you put the engine under load, do you hear a loud woosh, or whistle?

It sounds as though your intercooler or one of your turbo pipes may have burst.

Hi.

I heard the loud whistle and hoosh sound when under load.
i replace the intercooler yesterday because the left side plastic is cracked and leaking. And i checked every piping, there is no leakage. Still it does not solve my issue :(

Is your issue that the fault codes are there, or is it still lacking power?

Thanks again:p

Carefully take the hose off (not the one that vents via a filter to atmosphere) and suck the hose. If you can draw air up then you have a leak, if not then it's probably the sensor.

Chris.
