Hello everybody i have just joined and this is my first post. I have just bought a W203 X reg C320 it had a cd changer when new but one of the last owners has taken it out. In the glove box are two sets of leads one black block type with a red light and a white light at the end of it the other lead is a small black 3 pin female connector. I have been offered a cd changer part no-A2038703389 from a 2005 C200 and wondered if this will be compatable with the Audio 10 cassette head unit. If not can anyone tell me which unit i need as a straight plug in or where i could get a cheap one. Thanks in anticipation.

Be careful as the 2005 c class was MOST based and the changers between pre and post facelift look very very similar.

You need a D2B changer for your car, not MOST.

Thanks for all the help, i have now got the right changer fitted and working ok apart from the screw needed for the bracket in the glove box. I had to buy the Audio 10 head unit and the optical lead to get the changer so these are surplus to requirements if anybody is interested.
