W203 CDI - BAS Warning

I know this is a shot in the dark and without codes being read this could be guess work!

Has anyone came across the problem of a BAS warning on its own and what it turned out to be?

on a 210 yes, but not on a 203 unless the pedal travel sensor leaves a code.

Nothing listed, but I cant say more than that

I had BAS code on my C32, this also resulted in the cruis control being inoperative. Turned out to be the stop lamp switch. Part was 10.46 plus vat.......then got stung for an hours labour!!!!
At least the problem is sorted.

Next to change the supercharger bearing !

Not on its own but do periodically get BAS & ESP warnings coming up. Funny that I see a stop lamp switch being quoted here as every now and again I do get a tail lamp out warning come up too although when checked there is no problems with the lights.

Certainly doesnt have any impact on the cruise control tho as I happily use this every day.
