this is my first post and have both speaker grills on both doors damaged. would really appreciate the instructions for removal of door cards and replacement of all speaker grills.

Speaker grills are held on with plastic rivets. Cut them off and used a hot knife or similar to rivet on the new covers.

Hi Everyone,

First posting, just bought a 2005 C305 Coupe and have to replace some speaker grilles. And wouldn't mind replacing the speakers, but would someone be kind enough to send me the instructions for removing the door panels? Any help would be appreciated. Then it's on to finding the aux socket on the Audio 20...

Help Grills and Switch Damaged

Afternoon.
I have just brought an 05 plate c200 cdi coupe where the drivers speaker is damaged along with the double electric window switch. I have purchased the switch and grill, but i cant figure out how to remove the door panel to get behind it. The passengers grill has also broke, but i presume this will be the same to remove. Does anyone have a guide as to how to do this. I fear i maybe asking alot of questions on here about how to do things!!!! My e-mail address is jhumphries@talktalk.net

Hello,

I just bought a Mercedes C230 2005 Kompressor (2(3) doors (coupe)) in Canada,

and the 2 speakers covers of the 2 doors are cracked (#13). So I will order new ones.

If someone can send me the way to remove the door to change speaker covers from this car, it would be very nice. I saw videos and photos but that's not the same door than mine.

Thanks for the instruction. Very helpful, I had both door cards off this morning, speaker grilles replaced and all back together in under an hour.

Hi I have the 2008 version I am not sure if the instructions everyone is after are for the earlier model? If anyone has the instructions for this model I would be extremely grateful for them to be sent my way on sean-allen@live.co.uk. I also need to change the rear speaker in the door and it looks like the whole door card needs to be removed?
