Does anyone know how to remove the door audio speakers? - mine is cracked and there seems no obvious screws, etc

This is one 203 but I do not know what yours is.
The grill sometimes has a screw just under the grill or they have pegs where the ends are melted over

Yes they are attached by melting over taps on the c-class coupe.
Remove door pannel complete and you will see!
