W203 Head Unit Replacement - Pioneer

Hi,

I currently have a 2007 C180 W203 (Passed Down by the old man) .

I was thinking of changing the sound system, starting with the head unit, the current one is an Audio 20 without Bluetooth, aux or ipod etc.

Is the Pioneer Avic F70Dab ( link below ):

a good choice? It seems to tick all the boxes - Bluetooth, Sat Nav, DAB, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, but I have heard that Pioneer's quality has dropped over the years and people recommending Alpine. Anyone with any experience of the head unit. It is quite cheap from amazon at £679.

I will probably go on to change the speakers and subwoofer in the future & this head unit has 3 RCA Pre Outs so this would hopefully be easy.

What would you guys recommend?

It looks good to me, as you say you can add an amp and woofer later.
