2013 C180 Executive SE Blue Efficiency in Tenorite Grey with white leather interior + 7G-Tronic
So my car is a 2013 W204 C180 Blue Efficiency with about 41,000 on the clock.

My problem is the air con doesn't blow cold air.

I first noticed this last year and thought it needed recharged so I bought an AC Pro kit from Halfords and charged it up. First time I tried it it was working as normal again but over time it has gone back to not blowing cold.

So can anyone suggest how I go about identifying the problem? I don't want to charge it up again if it's leaking. Is there a procedure to go through to test each component in turn? I have heard that the low pressure house has a habit of collapsing inside although it looks perfect on the outside.

I have the iCarsoft MBII diagnostic computer and have just ran it on the car and it found no faults.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Take the car to an Air Con specialist.
They will be able to do a proper leak test which should confirm if you have any problem with a leaking condenser, fill/drain valve or a/c lines.

Halfords kits are false economy.
An AC place will evacuate, pressure test and then fill only if it passes the test - strict requirements on letting CFC go into the atmosphere.
As above, go to an AC place. They will put dye in the system and tell you to back in a few days.
Will prob be a split pipe. Keep the condenser clean of leaves, mud - Its a trap down there.

The most common location is the condenser, as its at the front of the car and gets hit with debris etc. UV dye or nitrogen fill can locate the leak
