W204 c280 petrol missfire

Hello everyone I have problem with my w204 c280 m272 it is 180k mileage. I have codes with misfire on 2, 4, 5 cylinder but main problem is spark plug on cylinder 5 don't give spark i already swap spark plugs, check ground wire, 12v wire, wire from ECU but spark plug on cylinder 5 still don't give spark it look like the ecu dont send command to spark plug on 5 cylinder and my question is do it can be some mechanical problem with engine like balancing shaft or timing chain ? Also ECU don't like be broken. Thanks for help
