W204 doesn’t open trunk from remote and interior button

I have a w204 c220 2008 and I am having an issue with the trunk. I can only open the trunk manually by sticking the key into the keyhole and turning it, then opening it normally. However, I can't open the trunk with , the button on the key, or the button on the driverside door. I can hear the mechanism moving, but the trunk doesn't open. I have disassembled the trunk and replaced the trunk actuator (with a used one from ebay) and the same thing happens.

Check the wiring is not frayed on the boot lid hinge area , could be giving a poor power or Earth and not operating the actuator enough to open the boot.

When i turn key as far as possible it can’t remove.

Now the actuator moves, right.
Is there a cable attached to the actuator? Is the cable jammed?
