Hi guys,

New to the forum. Enjoying all the content.

Wondering if anyone know how to remove the passenger side front window switch on my 2019 C200 SE. It has clearly broken as its all floppy in the housing. Still works if you set the lever in the right place and push down hard. Pic attached of offending item.

Glad for advice. I kind of think I might be able to prise it up and release it from the arm rest but as its my first time trying to fix such a thing I'd rather check.

Thanks in advance.

I’d try a trim tool in either end to pop it out.

Thank you. Got round to this today and it was as easy as suggested. 11 quid for a new switch module from local dealer and a simple reinstatement.

Thanks again.

That would have been covered under factory warranty at main dealers

Yes I thought that too but nothing is a quick process at my local. Would have taken days to get a booking.

Well done.
Please put up a picture of the rear of the old switch, wondering about Mercedes workmanship nowadays.

Sorry. Lobbed it out straight after the change. Picture below from Internet showing same part. Mine broke on the "metal" rocker where it fits onto the round tabs of base. Can't guarantee it wasn't one of the heavy handed kids so as to be able to blame quality of part. As I said, cheap enough to replace so not in any way left disappointed with the car overall.
