Lots of humming and harring over this on behalf of mercedes who really do not want to fit it to their cars. And being forced into it the new S class will get it in about March 2014.

Amazing who you talk to the average car salesman.
Inevitably he/she will have worked at other dealerships, usually of different marques.
But, their current employer always sells by far the best cars, and they then tell you all the problems they encountered when selling those different marques.

Worked better on the 212 with the brushed metal look imho.
