hope you are well,

I recently purchased a C300H and had the fault code P229F62 in which the trader I purchased from fixed (supposedly). They replaced the n0x Sensor and did an update.

However literally 50 miles in I have a code P2201E5 in which it does clear at times with a simple diagnostic reset.

Recently went in MB who performed a software updated on the Powertrain System. They did not replace the wiring harness as they said mine is fine.

This is becoming a common reoccurring incident and was wondering if this is something you have come across.

Many thanks

Yes this is a common issue. Software update fixes about 50% of them. The others are affected with already up to date software. There are 2-3 different versions of nox fault codes which dictate different repair options.
