W205 Display and radio/medi/sat nav not coming on

Hi All

I'm having problems with the display in my 2014 C220 Blutech Sport Premium.

The display is no longer coming on, when I press the radio/sat nav/ media buttons nothing happens and when I try and turn them on from the steering wheel nothing happens and I just get the message radio off (when I try the radio for example).

Its not a connection problem with the display because when I adjust the fan or temperature that all shows up on the display. its just nothing else comes on.
I should add, it was all working fine but I took it to a car cleaner and when I picked it up, it wasn't working (but I didn't realise 'till later) so I don't know if they've messed about with it or not?

They haven’t dropped a coin in the 12v socket and blown a fuse have they ?

I’d check fuses first - not saying your 12v socket and display are on the same circuit but worth checking

I'll try that tomorrow morning as its getting dark outside now. Do you know what fuse it is?

I don’t, there should be fuse charts in the lid of the fuse box
