W207 Audio 20. NTG4.5 large android screen upgrade.

I have recently bought a 2013, E220 sport (W207) convertible ready for next spring/summer.
It’s fitted with a audio20 ,single CD player, 4.5 NTG Unit. With Becker map system. The fm reception is very poor.
Is there any android upgrade system which replaces the small factory fitted VDU screen with a larger screen and provides a digital radio facility.
Preferably plug & play replacement

Hello and welcome

If the reception is poor then the antenna preamp is most likely not working. Changing the head unit won’t improve it
