W208 230k Cabriolet Eletric seat problem

Hi all
My electric seat has devoloped this strange fault
when using the driver seat controls the drivers seat moves in all positions as direted by the hand control unit the strange thing is the the passenger seat moves as well at the same time but in the opposite direction but the passenger seat controls have stopped working.
i have checked all fuses and found that they all appear to be in tact.
Can anyone advise please?:confused:
