W208 Auto Window Malfunction

Just recently while winding up on auto they develop a mind of their own and stop and wind down again is this an issue or maybe safety?...parked ign off window open [thinking while typing here].
Any ideas??

They will do this if the tracks are too stiff and the window thinks that someones head is stuck in so it goes down again.

It could be all of the rain swollen the rubbers

Yes a good spray with a silicone or ptfe based spray will usually free them out if u aint got any washing up liquid will do as a temporary fix
