W208 CLK320 97(R) Heater Blower Problems

Hi all

The heater in my car is acting very peculiar, the fan will blow with the iginition on first stage but when the engine is turned on the heater stops working all together. I think it may be a relay but im not too sure. Have any of you guys experienced this problem before.

Thats a new one,,I can see if anything is listed or known on this, it sounds almost like an ignition switch problem
