Our m272 keeps showing the 2 codes

P0750
Which is bank 1 and 2 too rich in fuel.
I take it too lean means vac or air leak and rich aomthing else?
I do have some scanners but can seem to find the correct reading for the lamber sensors etc.
Any one had these too rich codes?
