Hi,

Last week I had the family 2002 W210 320 CDI fail to start with lots of early Christmas lights on the dash. Thankfully the problem and fix was listed in the forum (thanks !) and so I was able to disconnect the ecu fan, replace the fuse and keep on saving the world as dads do...

Now I'm thinking to replace the ecu fan but I cant see it, the wires just disappear down into the ecu bay. Can anyone assist with directions? Do I get to it from the engine bay or from the passenger footwell? Do I bother at all? (Its frosty outside today so I'm thinking global warming will need a bit more time before I really must do this fix ...)

Cheers!
