Hi,
I have an I Pod and I coonect it to my car audio system in 2 ways.
1.Using the Cassette attachment that you get with a cd player plugged into the earphone socket of the Ipod
2.Using a FM transmitter that plugs into the earphone socket of the Ipod and plugged in to the cigarette lighter socket, you then tune your radio into the frequency stated on the unit., these are available for very little money on E-Bay. Do a search of ipod and you will find them.
Cheers
Don.

If your Audio 10 looks like this:
http://www.mbenznl.com/products/audio10cd203.shtml
the menu section of the current (discontinued) Dension Ice>Link is inaccessible.

You will note from jberks linkthat "Your iPod maps the first five playlists stored on the iPod to CDs 1-5 on your head unit keys. Although the iPod keypad is disabled in this mode, the iPod display (and CD Text/dashboard displays in some applications) will show ID3 data of the currently playing song. Advanced content features including Random, Repeat, Scan and AlbumPlay are also available. CD6 accesses the ice>Link Plus menu that lets you browse all of the playlists on your iPod using your head unit FF/RW keys". The audio 10 pictured in my link to Steve's site does not have CD5 and CD6 buttons. This is the unit I have in my W203. I am told by Dension's UK distributor that the new version of the Ice>Link for Mercs addresses the problem and is due to be released mid-April.

If your Audio 10 looks like this:
http://www.mbenznl.com/products/audio10cd.shtml
you should be OK (allegedly)

Chees for your reply, how good is the fm tuner?
FM Tuner is very good but don`t put you mobile phone between the fm tuner and the audio system or you get interferance every time the phone seeks and locks on to a cell
