W210 Key not turning in Ignition, Central Locking Malfunctioning

Thanks let me order it and see how it works. I searched on the forum for someone who has had experience with the emulator so I will post my experience when I use it.

I had the same problem on my E270 2003 and got advice from Malcolm on this forum and it worked first time.
got the green mother board from inside the key housing and right inside at the bottom dust had settled which i cleared and put the board back inside and BINGO!, this was the first suggestion and the if this didn't work then the key needed to be sent to Malcolm to solder the transponder or something but mine worked with the first suggestion.
I hope this helps its worth trying.
