I would try giving the gearbox a flush with new fluid and take it from there, it could be that there is some swaf in the channels at the moment causing pressure in the wrong part of the box (or not getting enough pressure) which is giving your these symptoms. A few hours, some fluid and it may save you having to replace the box, but it will at least confirm if and how badly damaged it may be

I have flushed it, im re flushing the next month, still does not explain the weird gearing, it hits the gear and runs around 2k for like a second, then goes to idle and changes gear

Okay, do another flush and make sure you have the right amount of fluid in the box, from there use star to check the fill times of the clutches, it could be that the low fluid has worn them rather than the TC, if that’s the case most auto gearbox specialists can replace these.
