Hi Folks ,
After changing my CLK front anti roll bar bushes the other week , it transformed the car for pennies . I’m thinking of trying it on the W211 facelift.
I have no idea if the W211 is as easy as the CLK , but has anyone diy’d it or is it a real access problem with the subframe in the way .
Thanks

Not sure but I have a feeling the bushes only come with an anti roll bar.

You can buy them separately on Autodoc , not checked the other sites

I think they need pressing in, or at least that what I remember someone telling me previously

ARB bushes usually just ‘clip’ over the bar, they are like a doughnut with a split, then the bracket holds them closed.
Easy job if the bolts comply! - soak them a few times with penetrating fluid to help disassembly.

Just been looking at replacing the rear arb bush’s and maybe the drop links as they are only a few quid . Seems easy enough if the old bolts comply .
There are different sized arb’s though when I search online to get the right bush .
So , question for the experts if the ARB thickness is 15.7-8 mm , do I need a 16mm bush or a 15mm one ?
