W211 front bumper chrome insert replacement?

Hi All,

Today a nice stone hit my front driver side bumper (W211 E class) and chipped the chrome insert, i have viewed on ebay that i can buy the insert and wondered how difficult it is to remove damaged part and re-fit new one....thinking of buying part from ebay but am curious as i am not sure if you can buy direct from MB

just noted Ebay part does not fit AMG variants which mine is any ideas please....
