W211 getting p0299 error code on high speed only

hey, i have a w211 E220 CDI the car was doing great but later on an error code come out which is p0471 and after that i receive another code p0299 i went to change the exhaust back pressure sensor and the error code "p0471" gone and never come back

but still getting the p0299 code i only get this code when the car is at high speed when i reach like 80 or 100 KM/H but at lower speed the code doesn't show up

i check the hoses and there was no leak the inter cooler hoses

can some one please help me in this, the car loss power and its very annoying

i will but any idea what can be the problem like sensors ,EGR or what because here in my country there is no diesel cars so when i go to any workshop when they hear its diesel engine they ignore to check it....

May be EGR or NOX sensor at a guess

It's an underboost condition. If you don't have any boost leaks I'd look at the turbo next for a sticking vane ring or defective vnt actuator.

EGR is fine but i willcheck the NOX sensor but any idea where is the location for it

No diesel cars only trucks so there is a diesel in petrol station , and the shops for the trucks they say we dont understand in cars...

Ok so today i was checking for the hoses for turbo i found a leak in air intake hose which goes to turbo as seen in the picture , so my question does this one which cause the p0299 error code ?

Because i order it and have to wait 14 days till they get it from germany because here is not available in stores

Any form of air leak will cause a loss of charge air pressure and the relevant fault code.
