W211 Sport Rear Bumper

Hi Folks,

Looking for some advise please.

I have a 53 E270 Cdi Avant & i love to be honest but something is telling me to change it for the new E320 Cdi unfortunatly the funds arent there at the moment so to make myself happy for a couple of years i quite fancy changing the rear bumper for the sport one .... ie the one with the tailpipes showing.

Any ideas on cost & if its achievable ??

Only issue is that you will really need the full exhaust including the partical filter as it is only the latest Euro4 CDI's that have the tailpipes on show. It would be achievable without it, you will just have very dirty tailpipes and smoke.

I can get a s/s exhaust made up with a local company that was the plan.
Could i not integrate the particle filter into this ?
As for the bumper would i be better purchasing a new bumper from m/b or is there other 3rd parties ??
