Hi

I know total closure problems have been covered before but mine has not worked since I brought the car about a month ago. As it was so hot today I thought I would have a quick look, I removed the drivers door lock with the IR sensor built in (1 hidden hex screw) and cleaned it up. I then sprayed the electrical conections with Halfords contact cleaner and pluged it back in several times, I then put it all back together and BINGO all working. I was also impressed with the range, I tried about 10 feet and still working, I was expecting to have to hold the key almost against the sensor so I'm very happy. I hope this helps a few people to get theirs working.:D
