W213 Navi Screen problem

Hy everybody.
I have an E220d 2018, w213 and yesterday I played just a little with the diagnostic tool. When I turned off the car everything was perfect, but today when I needed to go to work, I noticed that the media screen is not turning on. The music was playing, and the radio was working, but no image on the screen. Not even the reverse camera. Do any of you have any idea?? Help me, please

When you say “play” what did you do? I don’t really believe in coincidences so I’d be looking at what you did. You can check fuses - end of dash probably

Try this, it gets you into engineering mode where you can use reset:

I played in DTS Monaco, using HU55, trying to find how to unlock VIM, Android Auto and Mirror Link, and I might change some things on that file. after I closed the app, I did not save the settings, I opened Xentry, but I saw that my laptop's battery is running very low so I turn it off and disconnected the C4 from the car. The car was fine and everything was running great but in the morning ... I noticed that the screen is not showing anything

I tried to reset pressing the power button for 10 seconds and nothing, I disconnected the battery ... and nothing

Does the car have an auxiliary battery as well as a main battery I can disconnect the main battery but the auxiliary battery keeps some circuits supplied

I think the W213 only has one battery
