I have an S320 CDI manufactured 2005, generally delighted in nearly every respect. One night when backing into the garage I thought the N/S/R fog light had failed,bulb ok,so I consulted Western M-B,Newbridge Edinburgh, & I was told that there was a fog light fitted to the O/S,no N/S. I probed further, "how do I activate it" The technical guy said the software would pick up the extra current & flag up a fault, & rumbled on about resale values being affected. Anyone have any idea how to switch it on,as this sort of nonsense I can expect in a Renault megane,a £58,000 S Class I want better:???:
