Hope someone can help here.
I have an s430 - stunning car but have a problem with 2 windows.

The Passenger side front and drivers side rear windows will not operate although the switches and fuses are fine and there is power going to them. The windows are double glazed and the car had been stood for 12 months before i bought it.

Any ideas - do I need to take the doors apart?

Hello and welcome with that great car.

Yes the door panels need to come of to check that the voltage is going to the motor, the carbon brushes can stick and a sharp whack can free them off.

Would you like the info on taking the panels off

Have you tried fiddling about with the child lock master switch on the drivers door control panel?

Hi Malcolm, I think the car is the newer model so the VIN should start with WDB220.

You are spot on and thank you,,then the next 3 after 220 please
