W221 steering wheel swap over

Hi all,
Can i ask if anyone knows if a steering wheel from a 2011 with paddles will fit a 2006 year with button on the back. Also if anyone knows of a good place to have the leather re-trimmed from black leather to grey basalt leather.

Thanks for the replys guys much appreciated. Anyone know if the wheel will fit as mine has buttons to gear change and the one i have seen has paddles? Maybe be i can swap the paddles out for the buttons? I'm sure i have seen somthing about them being different fits don't want to send a fortune sawping loads of gear over. The thing is i have the dark wood in mine and i have seen a full set of black wood trims and the wheel for sale apart from the leather and the back of the wheel being black which is why i asked about having it re-done is there any other reasons why it won't all go in? Just thinking now a bet the trims will have the three led light option if it's all from a 2010 model hhhmm

Facelift wheel will physically fit but the airbag module won't so you will need to use the old on In the wheel and solder in jumper wires to make it work.
