Hi, I recently bought a vito W368 112CDI, It had the 'Black death' problem..
So I took out the injector that was leaking, cleaned every bit of it very well, for allot of hours, and put it back. The vito started up normal again after that (still took like 3sec to start up each time). But after a whole day using it, driving to costums, check up, etc.. It started starting up slower and slower again, and now it doesn't start anymore again. When blowing a little clutch cleaner into the intake, it starts without a problem
I placed a pump to pump up the fuel, no change
I measured the heating plugs (Each has 0,8-1,2ohm) , so thats good?
When I start it up with clutch cleaner, I let the engine heat up, stop it and directly start again it also starts up..
So now I don't know what more to do? The leaking injector is maybe dead?
Can I easily check if an injector is not good anymore? Did I instal it wrongly? Not tight enough? too tight? can that give this problem?
Sorry for my bad english, and thanks upfront!
