Hi I have a W447 with a crack in the lens. It has LED highlights, I not so sure whether they are super active LED ones, but the headlight pattern does move when you turn the steering wheel. The headlight unit comes with or without the ballast controllers, so I guess I need just replace the head light unit, (£650.00 worth), and bolt on and reconnect them the old ballasts/controllers. However, I have read that when changing headlights, it needs SCN codes to do this, and you have get a indie who can get them or willing to sign up to knock off SCN codes from specialist websites. Seeing that I will not be changing the ballasts/control units, would MBStar be needed to do this, and also furthermore an SCN code?
