Looks like low battery. Has it been sitting idle a lot lately? If it's in warranty you should have had an email warning of this; I had one a few weeks ago, took it out for a few miles and warning went away. Otherwise, wait for the techies to answer.
Have you checked owners manual like it says? Looks like a low battery warning, sound advice in post above. The warning shows a red battery so that would be my guess also. Huge number of people getting battery warnings from infrequent use of car during lockdown. I have assisted 3 neighbours (guess who owns a battery charger). and fitted battery tails so neighbour who uses their car very infrequently can connect a battery charger/conditioner to their car.
