If you are stopped at the time the officer could give you a verbal NIP then.
Under 40 in a 30 is normally a speed awareness course. So another 10 days or so then
I was doing an indicated 37/38 so .... I won't hold my breathe
If you haven't already had one...Under 40 in a 30 is normally a speed awareness course.

Yes. From behindDo the flash fixed camaras work at night.

I was on a course a few years back with a polish bloke was done for 72 in a 40 but only got an awareness course, go figureUnder 40 in a 30 is normally a speed awareness course.
"...…...vehicle data uploaded to a database, after which a penalty charge notice is sent to the registered keeper. This means police don’t need to pursue and pull over speeding drivers....."
Of course not...… because every driver and vehicle is fully legal and correctly registered right? Industry is run by utter morons!
So the art of policing further reduced. I know we give police a hard time but, when they pull over vehicles for a routine check, coppers nose or traffic violation, this is when they will probably also find substance abuse, DUI, criminals on the road, cloned vehicles, disqualified/non legal drivers etc.
So now they make it that much easier for vehicles on cloned plates to keep getting away with it knowing there's another reason the police won't give chase.
All this 'it's too easy to speed', 'you can't feel the speed' is utter tosh in my book. Sticking to the speed limits can be challenging, boring, causes 90% of the reprobates to aggressively tailgate, overtake etc but, its a simple matter of self control. I have been doing 800-1200 miles a week between the midlands, London and west country since 2011 until March 2020. Never been done for speeding. Sometimes really wanting to just stretch the cars legs on a quite section of road or, wanting to go with the flow of traffic but always thought better of it. Even when thinking some reject is having a laugh sticking a 20mph speed restrictions on the M6 at 2:30am with no road works or traffic in sight, but always thought the better of it and gone with the posted limits and thankfully kept a clean record for it. A few times, had I not had this self control/mentality, I would have been done by mobile speed traps for creeping over the limits but, when I saw them and went past, I couldn't help but have a satisfying smirk knowing its my self control and discipline that keeps me safe.
So another 10 days or so then

Indicated 37/38 will be a couple of mph or so less in reality. I'm led to believe they only send the NIP for 37+ in a 30. (Says the man who's just done his 3rd driver awareness course, for doing 37 in a 30 this time. The 'course' was online this time.)
I reckon you'll hear nothing from them.
